Starco Holding, established in 1958, is a diversified retail and franchise group with over six decades of experience in the Middle East. Headquartered in Kuwait, the group has grown into a trusted operator of international brands across fashion, accessories, e-commerce, and F&B.

Direct Operations (Wholly Owned)
Starco Holding owns and operates:
-Starco International (Kuwait) & Hinnawi International Group (Lebanon): Together, these operations manage 20+ international brands across 80+ stores, employing 500+ people. Key partnerships include U.S. Polo Assn., JW PEI, Gerry Weber, Benetton, and more.
-BEVAVA: the group’s e-commerce platform, driving online retail and omnichannel growth.
-Fame Co: our F&B supply company, specializing in luxury raw food ingredients for restaurants, hotels, and high-end culinary establishments.

Equity Stakes (Joint Ventures & Holdings)
-Dagher & Hinnawi (Kuwait & Cyprus): JV formed in 1997 between the Dagher and Hinnawi families. Operates 15+ brands across 70+ stores, with exclusivity for Women’secret, Etam, Second Cup, Celio, among others.
-Fashion International Group (FIG – Egypt): Another Dagher–Hinnawi partnership, running 15+ brands and 50 stores, with 400+ employees. Portfolio includes Forever 21, Bebe, Marina Rinaldi, and Gerry Weber.
-GGG (Global Gastronomy Group): JV between the Abdal and Hinnawi families, dedicated to home-grown F&B concepts and franchising, with Matbakhi by Sawsan as its flagship launch.
-First Concept Group (Egypt): A food manufacturing and export company, producing shelf-stable products such as peanut butter and sauces (e.g., sriracha), while also offering private-label manufacturing services for food brands.
