Our founders developed this 45-minute, beat driven cardio ride, to fill a void in their fitness regime. The barre classes they’d been teaching didn’t offer enough cardio. The spin classes they took felt stale and uninspiring. Nothing felt like the right fit, so they decided to create something that did. And with that, StarCycle was born.
