Chaz Flexman

Chaz Flexman has a long and varied work experience, beginning with co-founding Postal Innovations Inc. in 2006, where they served as CEO. In 2007, they worked as a Venture Exchange for SVB Capital. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at SVB Financial Group, first as a Senior Associate and then as an Associate on the Software Team, where they were involved in due diligence, financial modeling, and exit returns. In 2011, they joined Andreessen Horowitz as a Partner, where they held various hats and was part of the investment process. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Wink, Inc. as General Manager, where they had full P&L responsibility and launched the company with 15 device partnerships. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at PCH International as Vice President, leading partnerships, strategy, and corporate development. Most recently, they have been CEO and Co-Founder of Starday Foods since 2020, building a customer-focused, data-centric F&B conglomerate.

Chaz Flexman attended Santa Clara University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a B.S in Political Science and a B.A in Finance with a focus in Entrepreneurship.
