Lena Kwak has a wealth of experience in the food industry. Lena began their career in 2008 as Director of Research Development at The French Laundry. In 2010, they founded Cup4Cup and developed and launched 10 product SKUs, creating a brand with a loyal customer base. In 2016, they became a Food Innovation Consultant at MYO EXP LLC, helping founders develop brand vision, concept exploration and prototyping, and translating emerging market trends and consumer insights into new product ideas. In 2020, they co-founded Starday Foods and took on the role of VP Product.
Lena Kwak received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University.
