Pranav Badami

Pranav Badami is a seasoned entrepreneur and software engineer with extensive experience in startup environments and technology development. As co-founder of Stardex since December 2023, Pranav is involved in creating an autonomous ATS+CRM for recruitment firms using AI workflows. Previously, Pranav co-founded Dots (YC S21), which assisted companies in scaling user communities on platforms like Slack and Discord, collaborating with notable clients such as Notion and Lattice. Pranav's background also includes significant contributions at Numina as a software engineer, where essential data infrastructure and APIs for IoT deployments were developed. Earlier roles include data scientist at CKM Advisors, where innovative simulation systems were designed, and founding full stack engineer at Dentboard, focusing on analytics solutions for the dental industry. Pranav holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Princeton University, with additional education from Y Combinator.
