Prior to this role, Cecilia worked as a Real Estate Conveyancer at SOS, Inc. from 1998 to 2007, providing essential documentation for residential real estate closings and assisting with marketing efforts for real estate agents. Cecilia's career began at the East Cheltenham Library from 1995 to 2001, where duties included circulation desk responsibilities and overseeing children's programming. An educational background includes a BA and MSLS from Chestnut Hill College and Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
