Katherine Tohanczyn serves as a Partner at Starfield & Smith, PC since September 2015, specializing in drafting and negotiating commercial loan documents, assisting lenders with regulatory compliance, and training staff on SBA regulations. In addition, Katherine holds an Adjunct Faculty position at Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking since January 2021 and has been the Young Professional Advisory Board Director at Clarifi since January 2018, focusing on fundraising and community outreach. Previous roles include positions at Pepper Hamilton LLP as a Business Law and Entrepreneurship Intern and at Clarifi in various law clerk capacities, where Katherine developed expertise in drafting corporate and litigation documents. Katherine earned a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Chestnut Hill College.
