Lyndsay Rowland is a legal professional with over 15 years of experience in creditors' rights and commercial litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Starfield & Smith, PC since May 2016, Lyndsay has focused on representing a diverse range of creditors, including banking institutions and equipment finance companies, in the collection of delinquent accounts. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Flamm Walton Heimbach & Lamm PC and The Lamm Group, where expertise encompassed equipment leasing, bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and fair debt collection practices. Lyndsay's litigation background includes work with large banking clients at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis and earlier experience at Dornish & Scolieri, P.C. Lyndsay holds a JD from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a B.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
