Marta West, PE

Marta West, PE has over 28 years of experience in the engineering field. Marta began their career in 1992 as a Process Operator at Shell Oil Company. In 1994, they became a Process Engineer at Celanese, where they provided technical support to utilities and vinyl acetate production unit to improve operations, process safety and environmental performance. From 1997 to 1998, they were a Microcontamination Engineer at Hyundai Semiconductor America, where they were responsible for clean room and facility monitoring with corresponding data acquisition and processing. From 1998 to 2011, they were a Sr. Quality Engineer at PSC, where they were the Group Leader for Quality Section in barcode scanner equipment manufacturing facility. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Yoga Instructor at both Core Power Yoga and Life Time Fitness. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Process Engineer at URS Corporation, where they completed process engineering responsibilities to fulfill client needs. From 2012 to 2021, they were a Senior Process/Project Engineer and then a Process Safety/Reliability Engineer at Samuel Engineering, Inc. Her most recent role is Project Manager at Starfire Energy, which they have held since 2021.
