Kathleen Keathley

Family Engagement Manager at Starfish Family Services

Kathleen Keathley is an experienced professional in family engagement and early childhood education with a strong background in case management and program development. Currently serving as the Family Engagement Manager and Education and Disability Specialist at Starfish Family Services since October 2017, Kathleen has developed policies for Early Head Start programs focusing on quality programming for families with children from birth to three years old. Kathleen also has a history of providing case management as a Family Service Worker at Southwest Solutions and The Guidance Center's Head Start. Previously, Kathleen was an AmeriCorps Member, serving as an Education Specialist, and a site leader for after-school and summer camp programs at YMCA of the USA. Kathleen holds a Master’s Degree in Family Studies from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Children and Families from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
