Vania Arzadon has extensive experience in data management and evaluation, currently serving as the Manager of Data and Evaluation at Starfish Family Services since September 2019, where responsibilities include evaluation planning, logic modeling, and data analysis with a focus on early childhood education. Prior to this role, Vania worked as an Analyst at Jack Morton Worldwide, monitoring consumer engagement data, and managed multiple projects as a Project Consultant at Siemens Fossil Services Inc. Vania has also contributed as a Consultant for the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation, screening impact evaluation studies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Development Economics and International Development from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Central Florida.
