Louise Beales

Louise Beales is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in interim management and recruitment, particularly within the Health and Social Care sector for UK charities and INGOs. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Starfish Search since January 2025, Louise previously held the position of Charities Consultant at Odgers Interim from February 2016 to January 2025. Louise's earlier roles include Director of Interim Finance at BIE Executive, Senior Consultant at Morgan McKinley, and managerial positions at Martin Ward Anderson and Resourcing Solutions. Louise holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from Royal Holloway, University of London, and completed secondary education at Guildford County School.
