Tom Ripley is a Principal Consultant at Starfish Search, specializing in Local Government Executive Search since February 2025. With a strong background in various sectors including Finance & Corporate Resources, Regeneration and Environment, and Social Care, Tom partners with Local Authorities to deliver effective search solutions. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Venn Group, where Tom led the Local Government - Permanent & Executive Search division, and multiple positions ranging from Client Solutions Manager to Recruitment Consultant. Earlier experience includes a Telephone Fundraising Consultant role at GoGen Ltd, focusing on charity fundraising. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Bedfordshire, obtained from 2009 to 2012.
