James Flynn

James Flynn has a diverse work experience background. James started their career in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer from 2005 to 2011. After leaving the Navy, they joined Distinguished Programs and held various roles including Program Manager from 2011 to 2014, Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2021, and later became the President and Chief Operating Officer until 2021. Currently, they are working at Starfish Specialty Insurance as a Co-Founder since June 2021 and also holds the position of CFO and Partner starting from October 2022.
