Edwin Seah

Edwin Seah serves as the Head of Culture, Employee Engagement & Organizational Learning and Project Director for HR Transformation at StarHub since January 2024. Prior to this role, Edwin was with Mercer as the AMEA Change Comms Leader & Business Transformation Principal from April 2020 to December 2023, supporting M&A Transaction Services. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting focused on Organization Transformation and Talent, Head of Business Development and Strategy for Asia/Pacific at Lex Mundi, and Consultant at Hay Group. Edwin also held managerial roles at KPMG, WPP, ICLP, and EY, starting as a Graduate Trainee at L'Oréal. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Government & History from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, and additional professional training from INSEAD.
