James Riley

James Riley currently serves as Vice President of Customer Lifecycle Management at StarHub, a position held since November 2021. Prior roles include Managing Director at CPR Vision Management and an extensive tenure at Aimia Loyalty Solutions, where James progressed from Decision Science Analyst to Global Director & Head of Analytics & Insights, overseeing analytics and insights across multiple regions. James's career began at Associated Newspapers as a Circulation Analyst, and earlier experience includes roles at Bio-Fuels Ltd as Office Manager and GlaxoSmithKline as Statistician. Academically, James holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Statistics from Sheffield Hallam University and has further education from Guisborough Prior Pursglove College and the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
