Soon Leng N. has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, having served with StarHub since May 2000 in various leadership roles including Head of Submarine Network and International Business Development, Head of International Engineering, and Head of Fixed Voice. Prior experience includes positions at SembCorp Utilities as Senior Executive Assistant to the President and at Sembawang Marine & Offshore Engineering as Assistant Project Manager. Soon Leng N. holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Engineering from the same institution, and is a CFA Level III graduate from the CFA Institute. Additionally, management training was completed through the Management Leadership Program at INSEAD in 2011.
