Chuck Neubauer has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Chuck started their career at Land O'Lakes as a Dairy Development Specialist in 1989. In 1999, they joined Starion Financial as a VP/Business Banking, and later became a Market President in 2014. In their roles at Starion Financial, they were responsible for managing branch personnel, promoting growth and profitability, and executing sales and marketing strategies.

Chuck Neubauer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from North Dakota State University from 1983 to 1987. Chuck later pursued further education at the Graduate School of Banking - University of Colorado from 2004 to 2007, specializing in Banking and Financial Support Services.
