Joel Stark

Joel Stark is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in energy data and analytics. Since June 2010, Joel has served as the Executive Chairman of Stark, the UK's leading independent provider in the energy sector, managing a significant portion of the country's energy data and assisting organizations in reducing energy costs while pursuing net zero goals. In addition, Joel holds the position of Managing Director at Perse, a company specializing in carbon and energy data services, and has contributed as a Non-Executive Director in the same field. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Business Development at Channel 4, Head of Strategy and Business Development at Virgin Media, and Associate Director at ntl. Joel began a career in strategy consulting at Gemini Consulting after completing a degree in Classics at the University of Oxford from 1994 to 1998.
