Christoffer Hoj Nygaard

Christoffer Hoj Nygaard currently serves as the Head of Rewards at STARK since January 2022, having previously held roles including Compensation & Benefits Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Salling Group as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist and at Novicell in various capacities including HR Consultant and Junior Business Intelligence Consultant. Christoffer also worked as a Handball Instructor at DGI and as a Public Speaker for The Black Notebook. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Controller at Siemens. Christoffer holds a Master of Science in Strategy, Organisation and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from Aarhus University, along with an HHX degree in International from Herningsholm Business High School.
