Radoslaw Kulaga

Radoslaw Kulaga is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business partnership and project management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Business Partner at STARK since January 2022, Radoslaw focuses on Group IT Service Governance, project portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement while facilitating dialogue across business units. Prior to STARK, Radoslaw held various roles at Arla Foods from April 2009 to January 2022, including IT Business Partner for Finance, Legal, and HR, and Release Train Engineer for multiple Agile Release Trains, overseeing large teams and complex IT infrastructure projects. Radoslaw's earlier career includes positions at Gdansk Entrepreneurship Foundation, DB Schenker, and Teleflex Fluid Systems, building a solid foundation in customer service and project coordination. Radoslaw holds a Master’s Degree in Company Management from Gdańsk University of Technology and has pursued further education at the University of Cape Town and Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development.
