Brad Sayre

Brad Sayre has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology field. Brad is currently serving as the Director of Technology at Stark County District Library, where they are responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing strategic initiatives for the Information Technology Department. In their role, they also collaborate with library administrators and oversees employee supervision, coaching, and performance management.

Prior to this, Brad worked as a Solutions Engineer at Hoplite Solutions, where they worked with executive leadership to optimize the infrastructure spend for a large client account. Brad built strong relationships with user partners to propose effective technology solutions that align with business drivers and strategies.

Before Hoplite Solutions, Brad held the position of IT Director at NILCO, where they were in charge of voice and data systems for a distribution and manufacturing company. Brad successfully reduced the IT department budget, led project teams, and implemented a new ERP system.

Brad's earlier experience includes working as an Information Systems Administrator at Best Reward Credit Union, where they deployed information security systems and administered information systems to ensure regulatory compliance. Brad also served as a Network Engineer at Technology Convergence Group, managing clients and implementing data and telecommunications infrastructure.

Brad Sayre completed their education at two different institutions. From 2000 to 2004, they attended Lorain County Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Maintenance and Networking. Following this, they enrolled at DeVry University from 2009 to 2011 to pursue a Bachelor of Technical Management degree with a focus on Security Management.
