Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery (StarkMHAR) provides funding to behavioral health organizations working in our community. Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery enriches lives through wellness and recovery by partnering with service provider agencies in the areas of mental health and alcohol or drug addiction prevention, intervention and treatment. The volunteer members of the StarkMHAR Board of Directors, as well as staff employed by StarkMHAR, are committed to ensuring all mental health and substance abuse intervention and treatment services are of the highest possible standard for our community of Stark County.
