Falk Hofmann

Falk Hofmann started their career as a Finance Trainee at Philip Morris International in October 2003. Falk then worked as a Business Analyst from February 2005 to June 2005, and later became a Financial Controller from July 2005 to June 2008.

In 2008, Hofmann joined The Linde Group as a Senior Controller in the Global Business Area Merchant & Packaged Gases, where they worked until December 2010. Falk then took on various roles within the company, including Global Pricing & Contract Manager from January 2011 to September 2015, Global Customer Segmentation & Experience Manager from October 2015 to October 2017, and Global Head of Pricing (Global Centre of Excellence) from November 2017 to March 2020.

Most recently, Falk Hofmann has been working at STARK Deutschland as the Director of Pricing and has Prokura since April 2020.

Falk Hofmann pursued their education with a variety of institutions and programs. In 1998, they enrolled at the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida, where they completed their Diplom Betriebswirt degree in Business Administration and Economics in 2003. During their time at Mittweida, Falk spent the academic year of 2001-2002 studying abroad at the Universidade Federal Fluminense in Brazil, further expanding their knowledge in Business Administration and Economics.

In 2007, Falk attended the Institute of Tax & Business Law, where they obtained the title of Accountant (chamber of commerce Mannheim). During this program, they studied topics such as international tax law, transfer pricing, accounting IFRS, and US GAAP.

Continuing their commitment to professional development, Falk obtained a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK, completing the program from 2012 to 2013.
