Frans Theeuwes

Frans Theeuwes has an extensive work experience spanning several prominent companies. Frans worked at STARK Deutschland as the Geschäftsführer Finanzen / CFO from June 2022 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at NORDSEE GmbH from April 2021 to October 2021.

Frans Theeuwes also held various roles at CSM Bakery Solutions. From January 2018 to September 2020, they worked as the European Finance Director – Bakery Ingredients. Additionally, they served as the Finance Director Europe - Traditional Trade from October 2014 to September 2020. Earlier in their career at CSM Bakery Solutions, they were the Finance Director Germany from April 2010 to September 2014, responsible for finance, controlling, customer services, and purchasing of the German business units and plants.

Before joining CSM Bakery Solutions, Frans Theeuwes worked at Reckitt Benckiser. Frans served as the Finance Director from July 2002 to March 2010. Prior to that, they held the position of Systems Manager - Global Sales from July 2000 to July 2002 and was responsible for operational group controlling from April 1997 to July 2000.

Frans Theeuwes started their career at HeidelbergCement, where they worked as Group Planning and Consolidation from December 1993 to March 1997.

Frans Theeuwes has a diverse education history. Frans began their academic journey in 1982 when they attended Scheppersinstituut, Mechelen for their Middelbaar Onderwijs. Frans then pursued TEW, Applied Economics at KU Leuven from 1987 to 1991. In the same year as their graduation, they briefly attended De Anza College to study US-GAAP Accounting.

Frans's educational pursuits continued as they obtained a Lic. rer. pol. in Internationale Wirtschaftsbeziehungen from the University of Mannheim, where they studied from 1991 to 1993.

Recently, in 2021, Frans enrolled in the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they obtained an Executive Certificate in Digital Business Strategy.
