Heike Dreyer

Heike Dreyer's work experience begins in 2003 as a Studienpraktikum at systec POS-Technology GmbH. Heike then worked as a Diplomandin at staatsbad norderney gmbh in 2005. In 2006, they worked as an Arbeitsvermittlerin at Agentur für Arbeit. From 2007 to 2008, Heike worked as a Recruiter at STAFFNET Innovatives Recruiting GmbH and then transitioned to Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG, where they held the roles of Personalsachbearbeiterin Ausland and later Personalreferentin. In 2011, Heike joined Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Deutschland GmbH as an HR Business Partner and later became a Teamleitung Personal. Lastly, since September 2019, Heike has been working as the Personalleiterin / Head of HR at STARK Deutschland.

Heike Dreyer began their education in 1993 at Gymnasium Ulricianum, where they completed their Abitur in 2000. Afterward, they enrolled at the University of Rostock in 2000 to pursue a general law degree, but their degree status is unknown. In 2001, they switched to Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven, where they studied Wirtschaftswissenschaften and obtained a Diplom degree in 2005. Continuing their education, Heike Dreyer attended AFW Wirtschaftsakademie from 2006 to 2008, where they acquired another Diplom degree in Personalwesen.
