Rachel Mize has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel started their career in 2004 working as a Temp (Clerical) at Jacobi Kelley Personnel, where they gained exposure to different corporate environments. In 2006, they joined Whirlpool Corporation as a University Co-op/Technical Consultant, where they focused on material testing, failure analysis, and cost reduction initiatives. From 2010 to 2012, Rachel worked as a Project Engineer at Marshalltown Co., where they were responsible for integrating new products into the production process and implementing lean manufacturing activities. In 2012, they founded their own company, Technical Media LLC, where they served as the Owner until 2015. Since then, Rachel has been with Stark Manufacturing LLC, initially working as a Manufacturing Engineer and then progressing to roles such as Value Stream Manager, Director of Operations, and currently serving as the President. In their current role, they are responsible for aligning sales, operations, and financial activities to drive customer service, innovative solutions, and profitable growth in the hose assembly manufacturing industry.
Rachel Mize earned their BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 2003 to 2010.
