Donna Damm

Donna Damm currently serves as Vice President and Media Director at Stark Media Planning, leading integrated media strategies since January 2025. Prior to this role, Damm held the position of SVP Group Strategy Director at USIM from October 2013 to December 2024, where responsibility included strategic planning and buying for various clients. Damm's career also includes significant roles at Home Team Sports, Starcom USA, and Zenith Media, demonstrating expertise in developing media strategies for notable brands such as Samsung, Purina, and Diageo. Damm began the professional journey in media and communications planning at Mediacom, contributing to high-profile accounts including Moet Hennessy and Sotheby's International Realty. An alumnus of Loyola University Maryland, Damm holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History.
