Lara Weber is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Stark & Stark since December 2021, Lara previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Wakefern Food Corp. where collaboration with executive and operations management was key in addressing employee relations. Notable roles also include Human Resources Benefits Compliance Analyst at BRAVO! Group Services, managing benefits for a large workforce, and Pension Administrator at Preferred Pension Planning Corporation, overseeing pension plans for numerous clients. Early career experience includes Benefits Administrator at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland and Dental Benefits and Regulatory Coordinator at the Wisconsin Dental Association, where Lara developed expertise in benefits administration and regulatory compliance. Lara Weber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Moravian University.
