John P. Guella

John P. Guella has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John P. began their career in 2000 as the Director of Operations Planning, Strategy, and Negotiation at Global Crossing. In 2004, they transitioned to XO Communications, where they held the role of Senior Consultant until 2008. Later, in 2005, they joined Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. as the President and General Counsel of Franchise, a position they held until 2014. John then served as Of Counsel at Strasser & Associates PC from 1999 onwards, with a brief period as an Associate between 1999 and 2000. Finally, in 2015, they joined Stark Carpet as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy.

John P. Guella earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York Maritime College between 1991 and 1995. John P. then went on to attend Seton Hall University School of Law from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. In April 2000, John obtained the New York State Bar Admission through the New York State Unified Court System, and in December 1999, they obtained the New Jersey State Bar Admission through the New Jersey State Bar Association.
