Jose Ignacio Escobedo Arias is an experienced professional in innovation and operations management, currently serving as the Lider de Innovación at Starken Chile since October 2021. Jose has a strong background in agile methodologies, having implemented frameworks at 3Dmente as the Jefe de operaciones, where over 50 projects were managed across six teams. With experience as a Jefe de proyecto and Líder de producto, Jose has focused on enhancing customer experience and developing innovative tools through continuous research and process optimization. As the founder of regionEA, Jose has generated actionable plans for continuous improvement in team efficiency and project management. Additionally, Jose's earlier roles in web design and social media consulting highlight expertise in digital strategy and user experience. Currently pursuing a Diplomatura in Desarrollo y Gestión de la Innovación at Clase Ejecutiva UC, Jose holds a degree in Diseño industrial y de productos from Duoc UC.
