Norton Galvez Diaz

Norton Galvez Diaz is an experienced SCRUM Master currently leading agile teams at Starken Chile since August 2021, facilitating effective Scrum practices in collaboration with the Product Owner and development team. Prior to Starken, Norton served as a Scrum Master and project leader at Indra from August 2013 to May 2020, supporting the Claro Chile client during the Ecommerce Back-End project and managing software factory projects. Norton's early career included a role as a functional analyst at ASICOM from November 2011 to August 2013. Academic credentials include a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Chile (2010-2014), a project management diploma from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2020), and a specialization in agile methodologies from Ennovate (November 2022 - January 2023).
