Silvia Morales F

Silvia Morales F has extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Product Owner at Starken Chile since August 2023. Prior roles include Agile PMO at Banco Itaú, overseeing a portfolio of 46 projects with a budget of $6,000M CLP, and Project Engineer at LATAM Airlines, managing a fleet project portfolio valued at $700M USD. Silvia has also worked as a PMO Leader at ACQUIS LATAM, implementing Kanban and Design Thinking, and gained early experience at Cencosud S.A. and various internships including CODELCO. Silvia holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María and is pursuing further education in data analysis and agile business development.
