Ulises Martinez Olivares

Ulises Martinez Olivares is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and project management. Currently serving as Jefe de Producto Ti and Scrum Master at Starken Chile since November 2021, Ulises leads the implementation of a new TMS for the Holding companies. Prior roles include Services Manager at Grupo Datco, where Ulises managed services for major clients such as ARAUCO and Entel, and Líder de Servicios Informáticos at Empresa Ayelen, overseeing a multidisciplinary team and project management. With a background that includes positions as Jefe de Proyectos Informáticos at Agencia de Calidad de la Educación and a variety of roles at Coopeuch, Ulises has demonstrated expertise in planning, coordination, and managing IT projects from conception to production. Ulises holds a degree in computer engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and a diploma in TI project management from IACC.
