Janice Alcide

Janice Alcide is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in various roles within public service and healthcare. Currently serving as a Police Officer with the Royal St Lucia Police Force since October 2019, Janice is also an Emergency Medical Technician with the St Lucia Emergency Medical Technician Association and a Grade 2 Officer (Operations) with the St John (Ambulance) Association St Lucia. Additionally, Janice volunteers with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, contributing to community health initiatives. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Transcriptionist at Decipher International Guyana Ltd., where transcription and interpretation of medical dictations were essential duties. Janice's educational background includes studies at Christianburg Wismar Secondary School and further qualifications from the I.D.C.E (University of Guyana) and Accountancy and Business Education College.
