Clothilde Bage

Clothilde BAGE is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the European Operations Director at Starkey Hearing since November 2021, overseeing operations across all European facilities. Previously, Clothilde held the position of Directeur des Operations France at Starkey France, managing production, repair, and logistics in the French subsidiary. Prior roles include Industrial Director at CASTALIE and Echosens, where responsibilities involved structuring industrial activities and managing production and quality. Clothilde's career began with positions in production management and technical support at EOS Imaging, Netgem, NetTest, and A Tech Meca. Clothilde holds an engineering degree in Plasma Physics from Ecole Supérieure des Procédés Electroniques et Optiques, complemented by a DEA in Energetics from Université d'Orléans and a Black Belt in Lean Industry.
