Don Kackman

Don Kackman has extensive experience in software development and solution delivery, currently serving as the Director of Solution Delivery & Data at Red Wing Shoe Co. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Don held various positions at Starkey Hearing Technologies, including Senior Director of Software Development and Director of Application Development, where responsibilities included leading teams in the implementation of custom and off-the-shelf business applications. Additional experience includes roles as Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at IT Software Engineering, as well as work as an Independent Software Engineering Consultant and a Software Analyst at Soilteq. Don Kackman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota, completed in 1996.
