Jenni Hargraves

Jenni Hargraves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within non-profit and healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Starkey Hearing since February 2025, Jenni previously held significant positions at Amplifon, including Vice President and Director of the Miracle-Ear Foundation from January 2013 to January 2025. Prior to this, Jenni was the Executive Director at the American Diabetes Association from March 1997 to January 2013, and also worked as the Development and Donations Coordinator at People Serving People Inc from May 1993 to March 1997. Jenni Hargraves holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Social Work from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, earned between 1989 and 1993.
