Mark Pankratz

Mark Pankratz is a Senior Mechanical Designer at Starkey Hearing, a position held since December 2021. Previously, Mark served as a Mechanical Designer at Sensata Technologies from April 2013 to December 2021, and as a Designer II at RFA Minnesota Engineering from November 2009 to April 2013, where responsibilities included designing engine installations for Soil Compactors to comply with regional emissions regulations. Mark's early career included roles as a Designer and Drafter at The Toro Company from 1998 to 2009. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Industrial Technology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota (2008-2011) and an Associate of Science degree in Engineering and Design Technology, specializing in CAD and Drafting, from Northwest Technical Institute (1997-1999).
