Ashley Motta is an experienced insurance professional with a robust background in account management and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. since February 2020, Ashley has previously spent seven years as an Account Manager at Gallo|Thomas Insurance and another eight years in a similar role at USI Insurance Services. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Rhode Island's College of Business, earned in 2009, Ashley brings a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry and a proven track record of managing client accounts effectively.
