Peter Plumb

Peter Plumb has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Peter started their career as an Agent at Farm Family Insurance in 1994 and then worked at Smith Bell & Thompson, where they held various roles such as Account Executive, Retail Sales Manager, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President. In 2004, Peter joined HRH as EVP and stayed until 2009. Peter then moved to Willis Programs as President/Managing Partner before becoming President of RISCO Insurance Brokerage Inc. in 2009. Peter is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc.

Peter Plumb attended Salisbury School from 1982 to 1984. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Small Business from the University of Vermont from 1984 to 1988.
