Jordan Rounds

Jordan Rounds has an extensive work experience in the field of product design and development.

Starting from 2003, Jordan worked as a 3D Modeling/Animation Contractor, creating models and animations for use in lawsuits until 2005.

In 2005, Jordan worked as a Flash Developer/Web Contractor, taking on various contract projects involving Flash, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

From 2006 to 2008, Jordan was a Flash Developer at VMIX, where they were responsible for developing a slideshow building tool and a video player using AS3 and Flex.

From 2008 to 2012, Jordan worked at MeLLmo as a Sr. Flash Developer, replicating iOS apps in Flash for Roambi Analytics and transitioning to HTML, CSS, and Javascript for building the front end of the Roambi Flow Publisher. Jordan then moved on to become a Sr. UI Designer/Developer at MeLLmo from 2012 to 2013, leading a team of front-end web developers and collaborating with product managers and designers to define the design of multiple applications.

From 2013 to 2022, Jordan worked at ServiceNow, starting as a Sr. UX Designer and Developer, leading the creation of the company's first design system and providing design direction for engineering and product teams. Jordan then progressed to Sr. Manager UX and Design, where they provided design leadership and improved the ServiceNow design system. Subsequently, Jordan became the Director of Design, growing and maturing the design team within the Design Experience Organization and overseeing the acquisition of Digital Telepathy. Lastly, Jordan served as the Principal Product Designer, leading the design for IoT/Connected Operations and exploring various product concepts within the IoT space.

Currently, Jordan holds the position of Head of Product Design at StarLifter, starting in 2022.

Jordan Rounds attended the Art Institute from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Development.
