Sergio Floyd

Sergio Floyd is the Founder and Managing Director of Quinton Anthony, where they provide executive search, leadership advisory, and HR consulting services across the Asia Pacific region. With over two decades of experience, Sergio has worked extensively in the Construction, Property, and Infrastructure sectors, completing high-level engagements for various organizations. They hold an Honors Degree in Corporate Communication and are a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Additionally, Sergio serves as the President of the NSW Advisory Board for the Starlight Children's Foundation, contributing to the organization's mission since 2019.
