Mike began their career in 2000 as a Senior Financial Analyst at The Walt Disney Company (Studio Controllership). In 2008, they moved to Integrated Marketing Services as a Finance Manager. In 2012, they became Financial Controller at Pathology Inc. In 2016, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Inspira Financial. In 2017, they joined YMT Vacations / Travelopia / KKR UK private Equity Group as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently in 2020, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Starlight Children's Foundation.

Mike F. Olson, CPA obtained a Certificate Program in Accounting and Financial Reporting from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's Degree in Radio, Television and Film Production from Eastern Washington University.
