Dalton Holm

Dalton Holm is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in field management, training, and coaching. Currently serving as Field Manager at Starlight Homes since July 2022, Dalton previously held the position of Senior Training Specialist at NRL Mortgage, where responsibilities included developing training programs. At DHI Mortgage, roles included Regional Trainer, Loan Processor, and Loan Closer, demonstrating versatility in the mortgage industry. As a Coach at Trent Reynolds Player Development, Dalton showcased leadership by recruiting players, creating practice plans, and developing performance improvement strategies. Additionally, experience as a Legislative Research Intern at Vote Smart involved monitoring legislation and compiling voting records. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
