David MacDonald

David MacDonald currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at Starlight Investments, leading a team in overseeing multi-family asset portfolios to maximize their value and ensure operational well-being. Prior to this role, David held significant positions at Agellan, where responsibilities included managing commercial real estate assets and overseeing a team of asset managers. As a Senior Asset Manager at Fiera Real Estate and Integrated Asset Management, David focused on strategic asset management and value maximization through various operational strategies. Earlier career experiences include property management roles at GWL Realty Advisors and Dream Unlimited, as well as foundational positions in property management and leasing at Blackwood Partners, ING Real Estate, and Summit REIT. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Housing and Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph and a Postgraduate Certification in Valuation from The University of British Columbia.
