Marlee Kohn

Marlee Kohn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Currently serving as Vice President of ESG at Starlight Investments since October 2021, Marlee previously held the role of Director of ESG within the same company. Prior experience includes over eight years at Oxford Properties Group, progressing from Sustainability Coordinator to Manager of Sustainability. Marlee's career began at Summerhill Group as Program Manager, followed by a role as Researcher with Community Composting Advocates, which sought to enhance community composting initiatives across Ontario. Marlee also founded Junior Fins Swim School in 2005. Educational credentials include a B.A. in International Development from McGill University and a Master's in Environmental Studies from York University.
