Pablo Cortez has extensive work experience in the field of customer support and technical roles. Pablo is currently working at STARLIMS as the Team Leader for Americas Technical Support. Pablo's work history also includes a role as an Analista II at Movistar Empresas Perú, where they developed a Data Warehouse solution for the Planning and Management Control area. Pablo extracted data from the mainframe and utilized Visual Basic and Crystal Report to populate Fact and Dimensional tables for finance analysis and sales campaigns.

At the beginning of their career, Pablo worked as a System Engineer at Novatronic. Pablo contributed to the development of a Credit Card Management Production system and implemented Document Management software using Visual Basic, Power Builder, and Crystal Report.

Pablo Cortez started their education at Colégio La Unión, where they attained their high school degree from 1981 to 1992. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering from Universidad de Lima from 1994 to 1998. In the year 2000, they briefly attended Universidad ESAN to study Project Management. Moving forward, from 2014 to 2015, Pablo studied English Language and Literature, General at Broward College. Finally, they completed their educational journey by obtaining an MBA in Business Intelligence from Nova Southeastern University between 2015 and 2018, focusing on Business Statistics, Technology, and Data.
