Pablo Rueda

Pablo Rueda is a highly experienced operations professional with a strong background in production management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Production Supervisor for Metal Panels lines at Starline Windows since July 2023, Pablo Rueda ensures compliance with production schedules and motivates staff to meet goals. Previously, Pablo Rueda held the position of Operations Manager at Tecnoglass for a decade, overseeing operational activities, logistics, and a workforce of over 1,100 employees across multiple production lines. Additional roles include Finishing Department Manager and Inventory Manager at Tecnoglass, and consulting positions in operational management and auditing.
