Alison Willetts

Alison Willetts possesses extensive experience in the mental health and employment services sectors, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Mental Health Services at Lutherwood since December 2006. Prior roles at Lutherwood include Program Manager, Program Supervisor, Program Facilitator, Program Lead, and Employment Advisor, demonstrating a progression of responsibility and expertise. Earlier experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at The Beer Store from June 1999 to August 2007. Alison Willetts holds a Diploma in Career Development Practitioner from Conestoga College (2006-2010) and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo (1999-2006). Additionally, training has been completed through Dale Carnegie.
